READING
We would like the children to read aloud at home at least three times a week. This should be a colour banded book, borrowed from school.
Obviously, we also encourage your child to read a range of texts for pleasure. There are a great selection of books in the school library which they are welcome to choose from on a daily basis.
Please record your child's reading in their record book. This will be checked, in school, every Monday.
PE
We normally suggest that the children bring their PE kits to school on Mondays, leave them at school for the week, then take them home to be cleaned on Fridays.
